Resting into the heart retreat 2026
Dates: October 18th - 23rd 2026 About the Retreat
This retreat is designed for those seeking balance, clarity, and genuine restoration—whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice.
Over our time together, you’ll be guided through a thoughtfully curated blend of yoga (vinyasa/slow flow/hatha) and restorative somatic & yin practices, and nourishing yoga nidra’s and meditation. Each day unfolds at a gentle, spacious pace, allowing you to listen inward, reconnect with your body, and integrate moments of stillness alongside mindful movement.
This is not a retreat about pushing or fixing yourself. It is about creating the conditions for safety, presence, and self-connection—so that healing and growth can arise naturally. There will be space to dive deep into the practice of yoga, as well as plenty of time to rest and explore all that Ubud has to offer.
