Paula Lay is an experienced yoga teacher with over 14 years of teaching experience. Paula’s work draws on a rich blend of traditional and contemporary approaches to yoga, including mindfulness, and somatic therapies. She believes in the transformative potential of yoga as a tool for self-connection, healing, and personal growth.
Paula brings a mindful, trauma-sensitive approach to her yoga classes and her offerings range from vinyasa, hatha, therapeutic somatics, yin and the practice of mindfulness. Her teaching philosophy emphasises creating a safe and nurturing space for students to reconnect with themselves in a way that honours an individual’s needs and experience.
